My Story

I’ve always been drawn to figuring out how to make things run better, whether in large corporations or small businesses. After close to two decades of leading global teams and transforming operations at Pegasystems, I made the shift to working with mental health practices. Now, I bring all that experience to solo and group providers, helping them streamline their workflows, adopt the right technology, and grow their businesses.

As the Director of Business Operations at a boutique psychology practice, I handle everything from finances and HR to selecting and managing IT systems like Electronic Health Records (EHR). My job is to take the operational headaches off clinicians’ plates so they can focus on their clients. I’ve found that everyone benefits when the business side runs smoothly—especially the patients.

My academic background includes an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University. Along the way, I’ve picked up certifications in system architecture, business analysis, and change management. But the real key to my work is applying these skills in ways that make a real impact, whether it’s improving patient care or helping a practice grow.

Outside of my consulting work, I also manage my wife’s private practice, keeping me close to mental health professionals' day-to-day challenges. My journey has always been about blending business efficiency with a desire to make a difference, and I am excited to bring that experience to help your practice thrive.
